Bao Nguyen

Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh Bao is a French-Vietnamese business leader and sustainability expert with over 18 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, and corporate communications. He began his career in France in IT and management consulting, where he held senior leadership roles for more than 14 years, before moving into sustainability leadership positions with Holcim/INSEE Vietnam and Japan Tobacco International.

He has also played a pioneering role in several organizations advancing sustainability in Vietnam in the past 2 decades, including as Co-Chairman and founding member of Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD from VCCI), Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC), Vice-chairman of the Eurocham Green Growth Sector Committee (GGSC).

With extensive expertise across both the private and non-profit sectors, Bao has a proven track record in shaping sustainability strategies, business development, and corporate affairs, helping enterprises align long-term value creation with global sustainability standards.
