Nguyen Xuan Tuan

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and a Master’s degree in Environmental and Natural Resources Management, with over 15 years of experience in management, consulting, and hands-on  execution of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) at multinational corporations such as Holcim Vietnam,  LafargeHolcim Vietnam, INSEE Vietnam, Nestlé Vietnam, and Archer Daniels Midland Vietnam.  

His core strengths lie in his deep understanding and ability to manage and implement ISO 14001, 45001, and 9001 systems across multinational corporations and various manufacturing sectors including heavy industry, FMCG, and Nutrition in roles such as ISO Team Leader, HSE Manager, and Internal Lead Auditor. He also brings over 2 years of experience in leading performance excellence journeys through team development and the application of tools such as 

Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Data Analysis, and 5S to drive continuous improvement in the workplace environment and operational excellence of the factory
