Frank Pogade

Mr. Frank Pogade has 31 years of professional experience in the environment, water and sanitation sector, of which he spent more than 20 years in Vietnam.  He is a Vice Chairman of EUROCHAM’s Green Growth Sector Committee and heading the Water Working Group, as well as the Chairman of Water Solutions South-East Asia Co. ltd., a consultancy firm based in Ho Chi Minh City.

He is a Certified Engineer (Dipl. Ing.) for Environmental Engineering. Through his participation in various international infrastructure projects, he has gained a profound understanding of the specific requirements of water supply and sanitation facilities as well as in restructuring and institutional strengthening of public and private utilities. Mr. Pogade has spent many years of his career in projects funded by international donor agencies.
