Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh Bao is a French – Vietnamese business leader & expert. Born and raised in France, he holds the Master Degree in Computer Sciences in France and completed several professional development programs in France, England, and Switzerland. Bao has worked in the Sustainability field over 18 years, as Sustainability & Communication Director for Holcim/INSEE Vietnam for 12 years, and for Japan Tobacco International for 04 years. Prior to that he held leadership positions in IT global groups for over 14 years in France and Vietnam as Department Head and General Director, and as Management Consultant for a wide range of businesses in international markets. He has great track record of managing and consulting strategies, business development processes and corporate affairs to create long-run value for organizations.
In additional to his major experience in the private sectors, Bao has led several pioneering organizations and associations based in Vietnam with the purpose of promoting sustainability standards, building capacity of sustainability for the private sectors and support enterprises in deployment of their sustainability goals over the past 18 years. He is currently the Vice chairman of the EUROCHAM Green Growth Sector Committee since 2016. Co-chairman of the CCIFV ESG Task Force. Prior to that, he was the Co-chairman Founding member of the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VCCI -VBCSD) during 9 years, Vice chairman of the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) during 12 years and Country Head of GRI Vietnam during 4 years.
His holistic background experience in both private sectors and NGOs provide him the in-depth comprehension of Sustainability & ESG to advise and accompany enterprises in their business strategy and implementation correctly and effectively.
SERGIO PEREIRA DA SILVA
Mr. Sérgio Pereira Da Silva is a professional with a passion for sustainable development and urban planning. He graduated in Architecture from Lusíada University and is currently taking a PhD in Social Sustainability and Development.
With extensive experience in the field, Sérgio has been instrumental projects across Vietnam, Algeria, Hong Kong, and Macao. His expertise spans various sectors, including urban planning, hotels and resorts, health, retail, entertainment, and science parks.
As the Founder and Managing Partner of S+A Vietnam, Sérgio has demonstrated his leadership and commitment to sustainable practices. He is also actively involved in industry organizations, serving as the Chairman of the CCIPV (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Portugal in Vietnam) and a Vice-Chairman of the EuroCham Construction Sector Committee and the EuroCham Green Growth Sector Committee.

Mr. Kien Nguyen is a distinguished expert with over two decades of experience in building performance simulation and energy efficiency, complemented by more than 14 years as a leading green building consultant. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Hanoi Architectural University and a Master’s degree in Architectural Management from London Southbank University. Mr. Nguyen is recognized as a LEED Faculty member by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and holds LEED AP (BD+C and O+M) credentials from the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI). Additionally, he is an EDGE Expert and Faculty member with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a LOTUS Accredited Professional with the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC), and a certified BIM Manager by Graphisoft. He currently serves as the Director of Viet Land Investment Consulting and Construction Corporation (VILANDCO) and the Vietnam Green Building Academy (VGBA). He is also a member of the Board of the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) and the Vice President of the International Building Performance Simulation Association – Vietnam Affiliate (IBPSA-VN). His areas of expertise include building performance simulation, energy efficiency, green building consultancy (LEED, LOTUS, EDGE), BIM management, health and wellness, net-zero energy buildings (NZEB), life cycle assessment (LCA), and green materials consultancy.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dung holds a degree in Civil Engineering with over 22 years of experience, specializing in Geotechnical Engineering. He has more than five years of experience as a technical specialist at the Foundation Equipment Research Center and the Construction Materials Research Center at the University of Technology (HCMUT) Ho Chi Minh City. He has accumulated over 19 years of experience working with leading companies such as Holcim Vietnam, LafargeHolcim Vietnam, and INSEE Vietnam. His roles have focused on providing technical support in cement and concrete, as well as driving sustainable development initiatives. His expertise spans across various areas. He is well-versed in sustainability standards including Lotus, LEED, EDGE, and Green Mark. His analytical capabilities include conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) according to ISO 14040 & 14044 standards, applying these assessments for certifications such as BREEAM and LEED, and utilizing Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) tools like GCCA, Oneclick, and SimaPro. Furthermore, he is directly involved in preparing Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) compliant with ISO14024 & ISO14025 standards. As a practitioner of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculations, he is skilled in identifying emission reduction solutions in line with ISO 14064 1-2-3 and calculating product-specific GHG emissions according to ISO 14067. He also manages and implements processes for obtaining various international green labels – Singapore and Cradle-to-Cradle certificate. FRANK POGADE
Mr. Frank Pogade has 31 years of professional experience in the environment, water and sanitation sector, of which he spent more than 20 years in Vietnam. He is a Vice Chairman of EUROCHAM’s Green Growth Sector Committee and heading the Water Working Group, as well as the Chairman of Water Solutions South-East Asia Co. ltd., a consultancy firm based in Ho Chi Minh City. He is a Certified Engineer (Dipl. Ing.) for Environmental Engineering. Through his participation in various international infrastructure projects, he has gained a profound understanding of the specific requirements of water supply and sanitation facilities as well as in restructuring and institutional strengthening of public and private utilities. Mr. Pogade has spent many years of his career in projects funded by international donor agencies. TIM TA
Mr. Tim Ta is the CEO and Co-founder of Vinergy, a tech startup specializing in IoT energy monitoring and management solutions. Ms. Nguyễn Thị Trốn has a collaborative, strategic, and solution-oriented environmental management performance with fourteen years of experience at industrial manufacturing. She has experience of setting up the sustainable development strategy since 2008 and re-defined in 2021 in a new context of global changes with three important pillars of ESG in sustainable development strategy of at manufacturing sites and company level with leading companies such as Holcim Vietnam, LafargeHolcim Vietnam, and INSEE Vietnam. She also served as GRI Trainer & Consultant during 4 years supporting over 20 companies in their environmental performance in various industries such as agriculture & aquaculture, construction, food processing, textile/garment and footwear manufacturing. She has an extensive experience dealing with manufacturing leaders and to implement and take charge of completing legal environmental requirement compliance, ISO 14000 Standards, carbon assessment following GHG protocol & ISO 14064 1-2-3 and emission accounting of the performance and reporting of ESG by responsibly utilizing natural resources and mitigating environmental impacts in operation production and handling the energy, waste & water management. Mr. Đỗ Quốc Thịnh had 10 years of experience as an ESG Manager, responsible for implementing the ESG governance system and executing projects that integrate the three objectives—economic, environmental, and social—in the agriculture and food sectors. This was at a private corporation in Vietnam with an annual revenue of approximately 15 trillion VND, which leads the market in various industries such as shrimp, crop varieties, pangasius, cashews, fish sauce, confectionery, pest control, and agrochemicals. Responsibilities include capital mobilization, identifying strategic partners, meeting customer requirements, and executing brand communication campaigns. Support member companies in implementing environmental and social standards, including Global GAP, ASC, SEDEX, FSSC 22000, and IFC Performance Standards, across factories and farms.

Mr. Tinh Thai has a background in Environment, Fire Protection and Industrial Safety. He is currently in charge of Country HSE manager role for an International company in Vietnam. Beside that he is a visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Environment and Labour Safety, Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam. He has over 10 years’ experience in health and safety. His research interests are health and safety hazards, risks and controls; and HSE management system in industrial sectors.
HUNG THUY
Mr. Thuy Nguyen Hung holds a degree in Civil Engineering with over 12 years of experience, specializing in Structural Engineering and Concrete. He has acquired five years of managerial experience in execution at Sino Pacific Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. He has accumulated more than eight years of experience working with leading companies such as LafargeHolcim Vietnam and INSEE Vietnam in the field of concrete and cement technical consulting. His roles have concentrated on providing technical support in cement and concrete, as well as promoting innovative concrete solutions that meet green building standards, particularly focusing on low-emission concrete solutions. Currently, he is responsible for product development, technical consulting, and the advancement of the production channel and projects at INSEE Vietnam. He is well-versed in green building standards such as Lotus, LEED, EDGE, and Green Mark and is currently a green building development specialist recognized by the USGBC – LEED Green Associate. As a certified expert in greenhouse gas (GHG) emission management practices by BSI, he possesses the skills to identify emission reduction solutions in accordance with ISO 14064 and assess the carbon footprint of products per ISO 14067, as well as provide consultation for carbon neutrality following ISO 14068.
MARKUS KLEMMER
Mr. Markus Klemmer is an accomplished environmental engineer with extensive expertise in project management and coordination, particularly in waste management and sustainable infrastructure. Educated in Landscape and Open Space Planning in Germany, Mr. Klemmer launched his career with Dr. Born Dr. Ermel GmbH, a prominent engineering consultancy. Over his 14-year tenure, he advanced from project engineer to project manager, ultimately serving as the Head of the Hong Kong branch office for more than eight years. In this role, he led large-scale projects, including wastewater treatment plants and thermal sewage sludge treatment facilities, across Germany and the Asia-Pacific region. In 2022, Mr. Klemmer transitioned to a new role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, joining Planetzero.earth. Here, he focuses on decarbonization and carbon sequestration projects, driving initiatives that help businesses become more sustainable by effectively reducing atmospheric carbon. He is actively involved in professional networks, including the German Project Management Association (GPM), where he continues to contribute to the field of environmental engineering. His professional dedication is complemented by a passion for underwater photography and environmental conservation. Fluent in German and English, with knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin, Mr. Klemmer is now also learning Vietnamese, reflecting his deep engagement with the Asia-Pacific region.

Ms. Nguyễn Thúy An is a seasoned Sustainability Consultant with 8 years of experience driving positive impact across diverse sectors, from multinational corporations and Vietnamese businesses to international NGOs. Her expertise in Sustainability Reporting is widely recognized, having served as a GRI trainer in Vietnam and facilitated over 40 training courses. She has also developed and delivered over 80 sustainability reports for Vietnamese small and medium enterprises. She is a passionate advocate for collaborative solutions, having consulted on CSR/CSV projects and facilitated connections between businesses and CSOs through the “Win-Win for Vietnam” project of the Research Institute for Communication and Development (RED). She has also contributed to impactful projects focused on plastic waste recovery with organizations like WWF-Vietnam and P.R.O Vietnam. An has strong project management skills, coupled with her ability to develop and implement practical sustainability solutions, have consistently delivered results. Her proficiency in data analysis and stakeholder engagement, combined with her collaborative approach, ensure that initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Ms. Huyền Trần brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the communications industry, making her a pivotal figure in the realm of PR and sustainability. Currently serving as the Communications Director at Ivy+Partners, Huyen has been instrumental in executing integrated communication campaigns for both local and international brands. Her strategic insight and dynamic leadership have significantly contributed to the growth and success of the firms she has been a part of.
Before joining Ivy+Partners, Huyen held notable positions with major corporations across Vietnam and Singapore, including Unilever, FrieslandCampina, AkzoNobel, H&M, and BAT. Her roles in these companies have equipped her with a diverse and robust understanding of the communications landscape, particularly in sustainable growth and brand management.
