Vu Duc Tri The is the Founder & CEO of Alastic and Co-Founder of WorkFlow Space. With over 16 years of experience in Leadership Development and Corporate Culture, he is a recognized expert who has led training and consulting projects for organizations such as Techcombank, VPBank, Petrovietnam, and MobiFone. He is the author of the copyrighted program "Sống Đời Tự Vấn®" (Living The Reflective Life) and the book "Tuổi Trẻ Tự Vấn," creator of Vietnam's first TV program on life skills, and a management columnist for several major publications.

He holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) in Leadership & Management from Fulbright University Vietnam and was recognized by AIESEC as one of the "50 Global Youth Ambassadors" (2015) and "One of the 17 Voices" for UNESCO-oriented Sustainable Education goals (2016).
